How I made a musician's whole site — from a pile of files and a single voice memo — without touching a line of code.

Old bios. Loose PDFs. Photos named IMG_4471. A few conversations about what she wanted. That was everything I had to start.
No spec. No wireframe. Just me rambling about what I remembered she wanted. It built 80% of the site that's live right now.
"Move that. Change the color. Use this photo." She's not technical at all. She spoke — and it changed.
I'm barely in the loop. The whole build-and-edit cycle runs on a phone.
One website — and the single manual task left was art. My job moved from writing code to designing the process that builds.
I'm not the worker on the line anymore. I'm designing the machine.— the New Factory idea, live.
If you've got a pile of stuff and an idea — that's now enough to get to a real thing. Grab me after if you want to talk about how this maps to your business.
