One chaotic Google Drive.

Old bios. Loose PDFs. Photos named IMG_4471. A few conversations about what she wanted. That was everything I had to start.

I dumped it all in and recorded one voice memo.

No spec. No wireframe. Just me rambling about what I remembered she wanted. It built 80% of the site that's live right now.

Then Kerri sat down
and just… talked to it.

"Move that. Change the color. Use this photo." She's not technical at all. She spoke — and it changed.

Now she sends voice notes
from anywhere.

I'm barely in the loop. The whole build-and-edit cycle runs on a phone.

The only thing I did by hand
was draw a cello.

One website — and the single manual task left was art. My job moved from writing code to designing the process that builds.
